Pam and Bill Armbrister of Wichita announce the engagement and the approaching marriage of their daughter, Shanna, to Ryan Suderman, son of Rodney and Shirley Suderman of Hillsboro.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Halstead High School. She completed a life science degree at Kansas State University in 2003 and a master’s in physician assistant studies from Wichita State University in 2006. She is employed at Sunflower Clinic in Overland Park.
The groom-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Hillsboro High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in turf management from Kansas State University in 2003. He is employed as a chemical applicator in Parkville, Mo.
The couple will be married Sept. 1 at The Grand Chapel in Wichita.
Goossen, Bartel to marry Sept. 29
Keith and Karen Goossen of Peabody announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Danielle, to Eric Bartel, son of Marlin and Cheryl Bartel of Hillsboro.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Hillsboro High School and currently attends Tabor College in Hillsboro. She is employed as a teller at Emprise Bank in Hillsboro.
The groom-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a 2004 graduate of WyoTech in Laramie, Wyo. He is employed as a painter at Hillsboro Industries.
The couple will be married Sept. 29 at First Mennonite Church in Hillsboro.
