Mr. and Mrs. Dan Dalke celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary June
10 with a reception at home for family and friends. Donna Delk married
Dan Dalke June 10, 1967, at the Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church.
Their immediate family includes Darrell and Joy, Alex and Faith; Dale
and Jane, Jessi and Eli; Jonathan and Dana Maxfield, Allison and Kate;
and Dustin and Emily, Bryant and Owen, all of Hillsboro.
Funks to celebrate 50th anniversary
Kenneth and Bonnie Funk of rural Hillsboro will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary July 8 with family and friends.
They also enjoyed a 14-day trip in January to California and other points of interest.
Funk and the form Bonnie Schafer were married June 16, 1957, at First
Mennonite Church in Hillsboro. He is a farmer and stockman and she is a
homemaker who volunteers in the community.
The have one son, Kent of Robinson, and a special niece, Cindy Friesen of St. John.
