Ruben and Analene Klassen of rural Newton will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary May 18 with a card shower.
They were married May 18, 1967, at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church in rural Goessel.
They have four children, Dale and Bev of Goshen, Ind., Dwight and Sherie, both of rural Newton, and Eric and Margaret of Beatrice, Neb; and three grandchildren.
A trip is planned later to Goshen.
Tices to celebrate 40th anniversary

Martin and Margaret Tice of Marion will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 27, at Marion Christian Church.
Martin and Margaret (Delk) were married May 28, 1967, at the Mennonite Brethren Church in Hillsboro.
Hosts will be their children, Brad and Angela of Franklin, Tenn., Greg and Dena of Wichita and Lori and Daron Bennett of Overland Park; and seven grandchildren.
The couple requests no gifts.
