He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Bob and Priscilla Unruh of Durham and Frank and Shirley Pekarek of Salina. Great-grandfather is Leland Kaiser of Hillsboro.
Shanda Unruh
Marcel and Wendy Unruh of Durham announce the birth of a daughter, Shanda Jo, born Feb. 19 at Salina Regional Health Center.
She weighed 9 pounds, 7 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.
She joins brother Joel, 2.
Grandparents are Phil and Carol Klassen of Vanderhoof, British Columbia, and Warren and Jane Unruh of Lehigh.
Great-grandparents are Rosella Klassen of Linden, Alberta, Adina Isaac of Steinbach, Manitoba, and Harry Lela Wedel of Tampa.

Russell and Stephanie Thomas of Durham, N.C., announce the birth of a son, Nicholas Scott, born Feb. 23.
He weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are James and Betty Thomas of Hillsboro and Rudy and Pat Douthit of Berthoud, Colo.
