Mike Thomas (left), branch manager of Cooperative Grain & Supply in Marion, presents checks totaling $1,200 to Mike Regnier, Marion fire chief, as a donation from CG&S and Land O'Lakes Foundation. The money will go toward the purchase of a thermal-imaging camera for the Marion Fire Department. Regnier said the contribution will bring the total money raised to $2,700 toward the goal of $9,200. "The board of the co-op is committed to helping out the communities they serve, and with the matching program of Land O'Lakes, we were able to double our contribution," said Lyman Adams, CG&S chief executive officer.
