Amanda Diane Duren and Sheldon Wayne Leppke, both of McPherson, were married June 24 at Elyria Christian High School Gym in Elyria.

Pastors Mark Ongley of Rockwood, Pa., uncle of the bride, and David Dixon of McPherson officiated the double-ring ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Dave and Melody Duren and Stuart and Sheree Leppke, all of McPherson.

Maid of honor was Alysha Dokum of McPherson. Bridesmaids were Emily Duren of McPherson, sister of the bride; Tarah Spencer of McPherson and Trina Gerrild of Dallas, Texas.

Flower girls were Zillah and Gabby Macy, both of McPherson.

Best man was Micah Gassie of McPherson. Groomsmen were Shane Leppke of McPherson, brother of the groom; and Jason Duren and Josh Duren of Phoenix, Ariz., brothers of the bride.

Ringbearer was David Perry of Hillsboro, cousin of the groom.

Ushers were Robert Pritchard of McPherson, cousin of the bride; Phi Lynch of Inman and Eric Rostine of McPherson.

Guest book attendants were Sarah and Ruth Ongley both of Rockwood, Pa., cousins of the bride.

Gift carriers were Hannah and Jessie Perry of Hillsboro and Danae Leppke of Bonner Springs, all cousins of the groom.

The bride carried white lilies, wearing a white tea-length halter dress with tooling over white satin with white polka dots, designed by the bride and sewn by her mother.

The wedding coordinator was Neva Krug of McPherson.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the gym, hosted by Dave and Bev Kelley of McPherson.

Reception attendants included Laurie Ongley of Rockwood, Pa., aunt of the bride; Anne Leppke of Marion, Daveda Leppke of Bonner Springs, Tam Perry of Hillsboro and Debbie Goossen of Beatrice Neb., all aunts of the groom; and Hannah Perry of Hillsboro and Amber Goossen of Beatrice, both cousins of the groom.

The bride is a graduate of McPherson High School and is attending McPherson College, majoring in graphic design.

The groom is a graduate of Elyria Christian School and McPherson College Auto Restoration Program and is employed by Stellar Antique Auto Restorations in Windom.

After a honeymoon to Memphis, Tenn., Atlanta, Ga., and Savannah, Ga., the couple resides in McPherson.
