Eunice Voth and Kenton Nickel, both of Goessel, were married June 3 at Tabor Mennonite Church near Goessel.

The evening double-ring ceremony was officiated by pastor Corey Miller.

Parents of the couple are Lester and Lois Voth of rural Goessel and Elton and Denise Nickel of Goessel.

The bride's attendants were maid of honor Brittany Voth of Goessel and bridesmaids Jill Schmidt of Americus, Ga., Karey French of Moundridge, Hannah Klaassen of Whitewater and Kelley O'Reilly of Newton.

Best man was Kevin Nickel of Seattle, Wash. Groomsmen were Russell Adrian of Salem, Ore., Adam Robb of Moundridge and Brent Abrahams of Goessel.

Musicians were Pamela Abrahams and Sara Adrian, piano; Lindsay Banman, violin; Brian Voth, guitar; Monica Voth, cello; Andrea, Bethany and Breanna Nickel, piano, flute and violin; and Sisters Forever.

Ushers were Aaron Banman of Chicago, Kyle Funk of Goessel and Joseph Penner of Salem, Ore. Guestbook attendant was Yvette Nickel of Seattle, Wash., and gift carriers were Abby and Rebecca Schrag and Carson Voth, all of Newton.

The bride wore an ivory satin gown with sheer cap sleeves and a bodice featuring embroidery and beading. The skirt had embroidery and beading angling down the front and around the train on the back. She carried a bouquet of dark purple calla lilies and lavender roses.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held on the church lawn, hosted by Donovan and Jewel Nickel and DeAlan and Alma Unrau.

The rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held June 3 in the fellowship hall at Tabor Mennonite Church.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Goessel High School and 2006 graduate of Bethel College in North Newton. She will teach math at Newton High School in the fall.

The groom is a 2001 graduate of GHS and a 2005 graduate of Bethel College. He is employed by Preferred Builders of Hesston.

After a honeymoon to St. Lucia, the couple resides in North Newton.
