Larry Albright

Larry Lee Albright, 63, of Topeka Died June 9 at the Plaza West Regional Health Center of Topeka.

The funeral was Tuesday, June 13, at Zeiner Funeral Home in Marion. Interment followed in Lewis Cemetery in Ramona.

He was born April 11, 1943, to John and Kathrine (Schneider) Albright at Tampa.

Survivors include a brother, Dareld and wife Martha of Lawrence; a sister, Shirley Hein of Durham; and numerous cousins.

A memorial fund has been established with Tampa Lutheran Church.

James Aubert

James Dale Aubert, 37, Tyson Fresh Meats employee, died June 6 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

The funeral and interment were June 12 at Hartford Cemetery, located south Hartford, and were officiated by pastor Brad Penner of the Valleyview Bible Church in Cimarron.

He was born Dec. 9, 1968, at Topeka. He was to be married June 10 to fiancee Eileen Hett, who survives in Emporia.

Survivors also include his mother, Sharon Patterson of Emporia; his father, Jackie Aubert of Topeka; two sisters, Lucinda Harris of Topeka and Christina Canchola of Emporia; and grandmother Elizabeth Aubert of Topeka.

Memorial funds have been established with Valleyview Bible Church and Emporia Hunter Safety Program in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home in Emporia.

Janet Funk

Janet I. Funk, 52, church secretary, formerly of Lehigh, died June 9 at her home in McPherson.

The memorial service is Wednesday, June 14, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in McPherson, with pastor Les Cantrell officiating. Interment will be at McPherson Cemetery.

She was born May 14, 1954, to Peter and Hilda Elvira Schmidt in Goessel. On Dec. 28, 1974, she was married to Willard R. Funk, who survives in McPherson.

Survivors also include a son, Marshal Funk of Seattle, Wash.; her parents, Peter and Hilda Schmidt of Lehigh; two brothers, Darrel Schmidt of Newton and Dwight Schmidt of Hillsboro; three sisters, Jolene Klassen of Omaha, Neb., LaVonne Marks of Lawrence and Julia Kaiser of Lehigh; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial funds have been established with Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and First Baptist Church in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home of McPherson.

Glen Klinkerman

Glen D. Klinkerman, 90, retired farmer and stockman and former Durham resident, died June 5 at Memorial Hospital in McPherson.

A memorial service was held Thursday, June 8, at First Baptist Church in McPherson with pastor Les Cantrell presiding. Burial was at Canton Township Cemetery in Canton.

He was born May 14, 1916, to Alvin and Laura McNees Klinkerman in rural Canton. On Aug. 17, 1937, he was married to Imo Peterson, who survives in McPherson.

He is also survived by two daughters, Myrna Schmidt of Inman and Kala Nickel of Hillsboro; a sister, Ruth Gates of Sedgwick; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Augusta Ollenberger

Augusta Rose Krause Ollenberger, 90, of Marion died June 8 at Marion Manor.

The funeral was Tuesday, June 13, at Our Savior Lutheran Church with pastor Brett Huebner officiating. Interment followed in Marion Cemetery.

She was born March 26, 1916, to Emil and Augusta (Schlesener) Krause near Lincolnville. On Aug. 11, 1939, she was married to Ronald Ollenberger, who predeceased her.

Survivors include two sisters, Martha Brockmeier of Herington and Esther Groneman of Lincolnville, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund has been established with Our Savior Lutheran Church.

Anne Steiner

Anne A. Steiner, 94, homemaker, died June 10 at St. Luke Living Center in Marion.

The service was Tuesday, June 13, at Holy Family Parish St. John Nepomucene Church in Pilsen with Fr. Hien Nguyen and Fr. Paul Oborny officiating. Burial was at St. Mary's Cemetery at Tampa.

She was born Aug. 9, 1911, to Thomas and Antonie Pallas Reznicek in Marshall County. On Oct. 15, 1935, she was married to Ralph J. Steiner, who predeceased her in 1980.

Survivors include two sons, Francis T. Steiner of Tampa and Ralph G. Steiner of Eudora; five daughters, Kathleen Oborny of Marion, Joyce Buckley of Wichita, Barbara Rodriguez of Hutchinson, Veronica Base of Molan and Maragret Bailey of Tacoma, Wash.; a brother, Paul Reznicek of Colorado; and 17 grandchildren, two step-grandsons and 29 great-grandchildren.

Memorial funds were established with St. Luke Living Center and Fr. Kapaun Guild in care of Zeiner Funeral Home in Marion.
