Milly Cress and husband Larry will be leaving the Hillsboro community. He is the foreman at Ag Power and she was a major childcare provider for more than 10 years. Our children, along with many, many others, were entrusted to her care. They will be moving to Texas to be closer to their children.
I think she deserves to be recognized for all her service to the Hillsboro community in the area of child care. It is a tough line of work, and good childcare is scarce. But she faithfully cared for our children for years.
Ask any kid if they know "Milly," and many happy stories and memories spill out.
