Commodities of beef stew, peanut butter, green beans, apple juice, macaroni, cranberry juice concentrate and wheat bran cereal will be distributed according to income guidelines at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 9, at the Senior Center.

Also, Michael Reeh, physician, will be the speaker at the meal on March 9. His topic will be announced.

Mary McFadden, registered nurse, will be available for giving foot care and taking blood pressures from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 13. Call for an appointment for foot care.

At the covered dish lunch at noon on March 15, the Hillsboro Community Foundation will present the program on its choice of the Senior Center as a project for a legacy for the future. Dr. Zafar will see hearing clients at 11:15 a.m.

Those who volunteered their time at the Center last week were the following:

Kitchen-Beryl Steiner, Darlene Matz, Irma Koop, Irma Groening, Nellie Penner, Frieda Birkle, Esther Pankratz, Ann Fast, Mariann Unruh and Shirley Weibert.

Meal drivers-Lonn Richards and Jim Brennan.

FISH transportation-Elgin Bartel, Kermit Ratzlaff and Ethel Bartel.

Meat loaf, parslied potatoes, peas and pearl onions, wheat bread, cinnamon apples, crispy rice bar.

Covered-dish luncheon.
