-- Two medical students from the University of Kansas School of Medicine visited Hillsboro March 2 to March 5 as part of the school's Rural Health Weekend.
Charles Glenn and Emily Haury visited physician Randal Claassen, a volunteer mentor for the school. The purpose is to introduce students to the practice of primary care in non-urban areas and increase their awareness of professional opportunities in rural areas.
