Bluejay women to play Eastern Oregon University at Sioux City, Iowa

Tabor tabbed No. 2 seed The brackets have been announced for next week's NAIA national women's tournament in Sioux City, Iowa. The fourth-rated Tabor College women (27-4) were handed a No. 2 seed and will play #7 Eastern Oregon University (24-7) at noon on Wednesday, March 8 at the Tyson Events Center. The Mountaineers have won 12 straight games and claimed the championship of the Cascade Collegiate Conference post season tournament. Eastern Oregon averages 68.5 points per contest while allowing their opponent just 55.1 per game. The Mountaineers hit 43.6 percent of their field goal attempts while their defense holds their opponent to just 36.9 percent. Eastern Oregon shoots at a 34.8 percent clip from the 3-point line and has made 138 treys for the season. Eastern dishes out an average of 16.8 assists per contest, 10.9 steals per game and hauls in 41.5 rebounds per outing (+8.9).
