Can life at Tabor College get any more exciting than it has been lately? Announcing last week the largest donation in the school's 98-year history-a generous $1.22 million gift from Wyoming businessman Joel Wiens-then having at least one team in the NAIA national basketball tournament later this month (possibly two, at this writing), and now the announcement of a new coach to lead the school's marvelously successful football program. Beyond that, the college is planning a major campus improvement very soon with its student-housing project along Adams Street.
Congratulations, Tabor, on your rising tide of good fortune. We share the thrill. -DR
