Robin Duerksen of Princeton, N.J., and Brandon Murray of Bridgewater, N.J., were married Oct. 22 at Fellowship Life Church in Hesston with Jeff Waugh officiating the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Pete and Carol Duerksen of Lindsborg and the late Delia Duerksen. The groom is the son of Katherine Brunjes of Bethel, Maine, and Joseph and Nancy Murray of Brunswick, Maine.

The bride wore a strapless ivory dress with pearl and crystal beads on the bodice. The floor-length gown had pearl buttons down the back. She carried bronze calla lilies with burgundy roses.

Maid of honor was Minda Duerksen. Bride's attendants were Beth Klinge and Valerie Duerksen.

Groom's attendants were Matthew Brunsen and Jay Brunjes.

Flower girl was Avery Blauvelt and ringbearer was Blake Bontrager, both cousins of the bride.

Ushers were Jeremy Duerksen and Terry Giltner.

Sarah Lerch, friend of the couple, was the candlelighter. Pete Duerksen and Beth Klinge were musicians.

A reception followed the ceremony at 4 p.m. at the Water's Edge in Hesston. Frieda Schmidt and Wilma Copeland served as reception assistants.

A rehearsal dinner was held at 7 p.m. on Oct. 21 at Gallaway's in Hesston.

The bride is a Hillsboro High School graduate. She obtained her CMT from Health Choices Holistic Massage in Hillsborough, N.J. She is employed as a professional nanny in Princeton.

The groom attended Oxford Hills High School and Lake Region High School. He is a graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, Mass., and is employed as a club house manager for the Somerset Patriots in Bridgewater.

Following a honeymoon in Maine, the couple reside in Hillsborough.
