Reichenberger, Carlson wed July 16

Julie Marie Reichenberger and Lucas Alan Carlson were married July 16 at Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church in Bel Aire. Father Ken Schuckman officiated the wedding ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Kathleen Reichenberger of Andale. Her grandparents are Amelia Reichenberger of Mt. Hope and Dorothy Leis of Yates Center.

The groom is the son of Ronnie and Susan Carlson of Lincolnville. His grandparents are Joyce and Ruth Ann Carlson of Lincolnville.

Escorted by the father, the bride wore a gown designed by Jasmine. The organza and Italian satin fit-and-flare gown had a Tiffany-length train. The bodice and straps were embellished with floral embroidery, crystals and pearl beading. The front and back of the satin skirt featured insets of embroidery and beading.

Matron of honor was Marcy Melcher, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Maria Howell, Katie Reichenberger and Becky Leis, all sisters of the bride, Amanda Rausch, friend of the bride, and Bethany Carlson, sister-in-law of the groom.

Best man was Eric Carlson, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Bart Reichenberger, brother of the bride, and Albert Jirak, Richard Dorzweiler, James Jost and David Rziha, all friends of the groom.

Ushers were Paul Leis, brother-in-law of the bride, and Mike Armour and Casey Barten, friends of the groom.

Flowergirls were Maggie Howell, niece of the bride, and Jasmine Ingalsbe, cousin of the groom. Ring bearer was Tommie Melcher, nephew and godson of the bride.

Lectors were Kim Huschka, friend of the couple, and Ryan Melcher, brother-in-law of the bride.

Program attendants were Cara Simon, niece of the bride, and Deanna Ingalsbe, cousin of the groom. Gift bearers were Kristi Rausch and Amy Runnebaum, friends of the couple.

Altar servers were Nicholas and Jared Ojile, nephews of the bride.

Vocalist was Amanda Rausch, friend of the bride, and pianist was Andrea Carlson, cousin of the groom.

The bride is a graduate of Wichita State University and is a fourth-grade teacher at St. Mary's Catholic School in Newton. The groom is a graduate of Kansas State University and is a credit analyst for Koch Industries in Wichita.

Following a honeymoon to Calgary, Alberta, the couple resides in Bel Aire.
