Heather Yvonne Wattson and Michael Wayne Crocker, both of Hesston, together with their parents, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The couple's parents are Keith and Peggy Wattson of Peabody and Boyd Crocker of Newton and the late Carolyn Crocker.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Peabody High School and Tabor College with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She is employed at Hillsboro Community Medical Center where she is the Long Term Care Unit office manager.

Her fiance is a graduate of Hesston High School. He is employed at Mennonite Press Inc. in Newton as the physical plant manager.

The wedding will be Sept. 10 at King Life Ministries, formerly Hesston Inter-Mennonite Fellowship Church in Hesston. A reception will follow at the church.

The couple plan to honeymoon in the Virgin Islands and will reside in Hesston.
