50th anniversary

John and Caryl (Friesen) Wiebe will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., July 3, at the Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church activity center.

The couple were married Sept. 6, 1955.

The reception is hosted by their children and families, Linden and Dorie Thiessen of Hillsboro, Joel and Colene Wiens of Porterville, Calif., and Jon and Ellynne Wiebe of Hillsboro.

Ludwigs to mark golden anniversary

Ronald and Kathleen (Taylor) Ludwig will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. June 25 at the Christian Church of Florence.

Their children, Doug Ludwig and Dan Ludwig of Florence, Steve and Tawnya Sokoll of Wichita and Scott and Rolana Heidebrecht of Marion will host the event.

The family requests no gifts.
