Mike and Chelsea Penner of Newton announce the birth of a daughter, Zoe Lynn, born May 14.

She weighed 7 pounds, 1 1/2 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Dennis and Judy Penner of Hillsboro and David and Carol Pantle of Carlton.

Great-grandparents are Louis and Norma Penner of San Jose, Calif., Ernest and Frances Wright of Syracuse, Carolyn Pantle of Basehor and Verda Raider of Abilene.

Todd and Tammy Shanks of Salina announce the birth of a daughter, Riley Ann, born May 3 at Salina Regional Health Center.

She weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces and was 21 inches long.

She joins brother Brendan, 2 1/2.
