Stuart and Lynette Penner of Hillsboro and Vince and Sandy Sola of Olathe announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Lindsey Penner of Olathe and Ricky Sola of Gardner.

The bride-elect graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1999 and earned a degree in early childhood education from Kansas State University in 2004. She is employed as a toddler teacher at a private pre-school in Olathe.

The groom-to-be graduated from Olathe South High School in 1999 and earned a degree in secondary-education from Kansas State University in 2003. He is employed as a ninth-grade history teacher at Chisholm Trail Junior High School.

The couple will be married March 12 at Trinity Mennonite Church in Hillsboro.
