Tabor falls to Bethel College in KCAC semi-finals
Four-time defending regular season volleyball champion Tabor College had its season come to an abrupt end Thursday night when the Bethel College Threshers came to Hillsboro and defeated the Bluejays 30-26, 24-30, 21-30, 30-25 and 15-12.
The Threshers came in seeded No. 3 while the Bluejays owned the No. 2 seed but it was Bethel that earned the KCAC post season semi-final victory.
With the loss, Tabor concludes its season at 19-12 overall.
Bethel travels to Ottawa to play the top seeded Braves on Saturday night with a trip to the Region IV championships in Dordt, Iowa on the line.
