Rick and Cathy Cleeton of Marion and Coleen Miller of Hillsboro announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Sara Cleeton and Steven Miller.

The bride-elect graduated from Marion High School in 1999 and earned an associate of arts degree from Hesston College in 2001. She is employed as an insurance agent at Truck Insurance Mart Inc. in Galva.

The groom-to-be graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1998. He is employed as a custom-cabinet builder at Surewood Specialities in Durham.

The couple will be married Sept. 1 on the island of Maui, Hawaii. A reception and dance will follow on Sept. 11 at American Legion Post 366 in Hillsboro.

Wilson, Walters

to marry on Nov. 6

Tim and Lana Wilson of Canton and Pat and Connie Walters of Catherine announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Michelle Wilson of Canton and Todd Walters of Jetmore.

The bride-elect graduated from Canton/Galva High School and Salina Area Technical School. She is employed as an administrative assistant for Kansas Care Inc. in McPherson.

The groom-to-be graduated from Ness City High School. He graduated with an associate degree from Garden City Community College and earned a degree from Fort. Hays State University. He is employed as manager for ADM Grain in Jetmore.

The couple will be married Nov. 6 at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Catherine.

Wiebe, Heathcock

to wed Sept. 17

Gordon and Karen Wiebe of Hillsboro announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Brett Linell Wiebe, to Michael Jason Heathcock, originally from Bulverde, Texas, and son of Joe and Linda Heathcock of Jacksonville, Fla.

Grandparents are Violet Bartel of Shafter, Calif., and Emma Lois Heathcock of Bulverde.

The bride-elect graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1994 and Azusa Pacific University in California in 1998. She is employed by the State of Nevada as a social worker and is enrolled as a graduate student in social work at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

The groom-to-be graduated from Smithson Valley High School in Spring Branch, Texas, in 1990 and attended Texas A & M University. He is employed as a union electrician in Las Vegas.

The wedding and reception will be Sept. 17 at Green Valley Christian Center in Henderson, Nev.
