The Marion High School golf squad has four returning letter-winners back after a fourth-place finish at state. They are: (from left) sophomore Lindsay Hett, senior Keith Jones, Luke Gordon, senior Jake Bredemeier.

With the graduation of Travis Hett, who took second place at the Class 3A state tournament last season, the Marion High School golf team has its work cut out for it.

“If we can stay consistent, we’ll be pretty good,” coach Rex Ostmeyer said. “We return basically everyone from a team that tied for third in state last year.”
