Helen Rose “Honey Rose” Bishop, 68, of Leon, died March 21 at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital in El Dorado.
A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 26 at Fort Scott National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 25 at Carlson Funeral Home in El Dorado.
She was born Oct. 21, 1939, to Daniel and Alice May (Anderson) Brunner in Hillsboro. She was married to Thomas Bishop, who predeceased her.
She is survived by three daughters, Robin and Ron Roush of Leon, Alyce Bishop and husband Dustin Kadous of Topeka, and Joy Bishop of Topeka; a brother, John Brunner of Hope; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established with the American Red Cross in care of the funeral home.
Cheyenne Elizabeth Stuchlik was stillborn March 21 at HCA Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She is the daughter of Ross and Megan Luna Stuchlik, who survive.
The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 25 at Pilsen Cemetery with pastor Alan Stahlecker officiating.
She is also survived by grandparents George and Dawn Luna of Marion, Monte and Sarah Stuchlik of Lost Springs; great-grandparents Manuel and Julia Luna of Lost Springs, Cora Rogers of Marion, and Francis Stuchlik of Lost Springs.
Daniel Cornelius Voth, 71, a Collins Bus Company employee, died March 22 at Asbury Park in Newton.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 25 at the Newton First Church of God. Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. Monday, with family present from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home in Newton.
He was born Feb. 18, 1937, to Edward and Bertha (Voth) Voth in Newton. On June 5, 1960, he was married to Margaret Jesseph, who survives.
He is also survived by sons David and Vicki Voth of Hutchinson, Terry and Angela Voth of Newton, and Daniel C. Jr. and Audra Voth of Eureka; daughters Goldie and Stephen Ketelboeter of Cornell, Wis., and Spring and Mark Tingen of Moundridge; sisters Ella and Art Wiebe of Hillsboro and Lois Slender of Emporia; a brother, Harold and Marcene Voth of Fresno, Calif., 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established with Caring Hands Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
Raymond C. Coffelt, 91, of Hiawatha, died March 23 at Maple Heights Nursing home.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 27 at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Hiawatha. Burial will follow at Horton Cemetery.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family will be present from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
He was born July 23, 1916, to Albert and Margaret Gattermeir Coffelt in Olathe. On Sept. 20, 1941, he was married to Helen Lanter, who survives.
He is also survived by a son, R.C. Coffelt of Tulsa, Okla.; a daughter, Janet and Jim Shaw of Topeka; a brother, Hobert Coffelt of Olathe; four sisters, Mickey Coffelt of Overland Park, Ruth Kimmi of Lenexa, Gladys Slocomb of Cartersville, Ga., and Ruby Moss of Chillicothe, Mo.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial funds have been established with Everest Christian Church Memorial Fund and Hiawatha City Lake Bridge Fund, in care of the funereal home, 124 S. Seventh St. 66434.
Loren Wyeth Dixon, 57, died March 9 in San Francisco, Calif.
A private family burial will be March 30 in the Hillsboro/ Lehigh area.
He was born March 30, 1950, to Dean and Adeline Warkentin Dixon at Axtel Hospital in Newton.
He is survived by aunts Mary Thiessen, Ruth Wenger and Elma Warkentin, all of Hillsboro and Lydia McDonald of Tulsa, Okla.; aunt and uncle Helen and Ike Thiessen of Hillsboro; two nieces and many cousins.
