Koltin Steiner and Kolby Steiner

Kelly and Heather Steiner of Pilsen announce the birth of twin boys, Koltin Francis and Kolby Nelson, born Sunday March 30.

Koltin weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 19 inches long. Kolby weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces and was 18 inches long.

Sister Kenide, 2, welcomed them home.

Grandparents are Bob and Penny Nelson of White City, the late Ken Steiner of Lincolnville and Connie and Daryl Brooks of Marion.

Kate Watkins

Jim Bob and Jodi Watkins, Burns, announce the birth of a daughter, Kate Sharon, on March 6, 2008, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

The baby was 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 191⁄2 inches long. She has two brothers, Lane, 41⁄2, and Luke, 11⁄2.

Paternal grandparents are Bob and Patsy Watkins, Burns, and maternal grandparents are Jim and Teresa Bernhardt, Marion.

Maternal great-grandparents are Lauren and Luetta Enns and Agnes Bernhardt, both from Hillsboro.

Derrick and Kelsie Funk of Manhattan announce the birth of a son, Brecken Ray, born March 4. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 inches long.

He has a brother, Logan.

Grandparents are Skip and Karen Crist of Garden City and Gerald and Sharon Funk of Hillsboro. Great-grandparents are Raymond Crist of Holcomb, Joyce Hanneman and Roy and Mary Ann Funk, all of Hills­boro.
