The Hillsboro City Council heard during its June 3 meeting the city engineer’s initial plan for addressing residential stormwater drainage problems on the city’s west side.
Bob Previtera, from Reiss & Goodness Engineers, said the key challenge is finding a way to manage the water coming off the 65-acre watershed that drains through the West Winds housing development.
