• The City of Hillsboro has several Boards and Commissions that are served by volunteers. These include Board of Zoning Appeals, Hillsboro Community Planning & Development Commission, Convention & Visitor‚Äôs Bureau, Hillsboro Airport Board, Hillsboro Housing Authority, Hillsboro Recreation Commission, Hillsboro Tree Board, Hillsboro Museum Advisory Board, Hillsboro Community Medical Center Board, Marion County Economic Development Council and Hillsboro Public Library.
