Centre High Senior Project Exhibition

Twenty-two seniors from Centre High School will present their senior project exhibition from 5 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Friday, April 25, at the high school.The 21 different project topics range from volleyball to foreign missions to tattooing.
Following the presentation, students will present a variety show at 7 p.m.

Orville Schellenberg, 86, retired farmer and piano technician, died April 22 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 25, at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Dave Plett officiating. A private burial service will precede the funeral.
He was born April 28, 1921, to Abraham and Lena Thiessen Schellenberg at Jansen, Neb. On Dec. 7, 1943, he was married to Rosella Reddig, who predeceased him in 1983.
He is survived by two sons, Gene of Wichita and Marv and wife Andrea of Wichita; three daughters, Darlene and husband Bob Loewen of Hillsboro, Barb and husband Marv Harms of Lincoln, Neb., and LaVon and husband Randy Friesen of Wichita; 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Orville B. Unruh, 76, retired farmer, schoolbus driver and assembler, died Monday, April 21, at his home in Goessel.The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 25, at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church, rural Goessel, with pastors Linda Ewert and Lee Suderman officiating. Burial will follow at the Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church Cemetery.
He was born May 18, 1921, to Rudolph and Lydia Schroeder Unruh. On Nov. 1, 1946, he was married to Elsie Reimer, who survives.

Pete L. Koslowsky, 85, former city employee, died April 22 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.The funeral will be at 11 a.m., Friday, at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, Hillsboro, with pastors Steve Schroeder and Roy Keller officiating.
Burial will preceed the service at 10:15 a.m. at the Gnadenau Cemetery in rural Hillsboro.
He was born Nov. 8, 1922, to Martin J. and Mary Lohrenz Koslowsky in rural Peabody. On June 9, 1946, he was married to Vera Carr, who predeceased him in 1992. On Aug. 7, 1994, he was married to Leona Ratzlaff, who survives.
