Tammy Marie (Gallatin) Chizek, 52, of Hillsboro died Oct. 10. She was born Nov. 16, 1959, in Wichita to George Angle and Ardythe Gallatin. She is survived by a daughter, Megan Chizek of Hillsboro; two brothers, Gene Gallatin of Vancouver, Wash., Dennis Gallatin of Beaverton, Ore.; and three sisters, Darla Lambert of El Dorado, Carol Murray of Cheney, and Sandy Mount of Wichita.
