4-H Notes- Goessel Goal Getters

On Nov. 12, the Goessel Goal Getters 4-H Club met in the Goessel Elementary School for a meeting and the installation of new members.

The installation was performed with a skit by the ?Green Team.? The Club?s motto for this year is ?Living Green,? chosen because of the growing concern over global warming.

The talks were by Kaitlin Dailey, Kaleb Dailey, D?Ambra Kruger and Hannah Perry. Kaitlin did a talk about reading, Kaleb did a talk on woodworking, D?Ambra showed us how to make an Orange Julius, and Hannah did a talk on making clothing accessories.

There were announcements about the upcoming trash pickup, and a reminder to bring used sweaters to the next meeting for the club?s sweater drive.
