The award was presented by the Kansas Association of Homes and Services for the Aging Insurance Group, Inc. (KING) who has been providing workers’ compensation insurance to Parkside for 17 years.
Sixty-five KAHSA members participate in the KING group funded workers' compensation pool. During the past 13 years qualifying members have received over $5.2 million in dividends. Parkside has been one of those qualifying members.
With the help of KING's loss control officer, Parkside has reduced work-related accidents and lost time, which has led to a safer working environment.
