Mary Hiebert, 97, co-owner of a moving business, died Jan. 4 at Wheat State Manor in Whitewater.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at Swiss Church, 125 S. Oak St., Whitewater. Visitation with family is from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, at Lamb Funeral Home in Whitewater. Burial will be at Swiss Cemetery.
She was born July 21, 1915, to Henry Bernard and Eva (Hiebert) Schmidt Sr., in rural Marion County. On April 13, 1937, she was married to Jake Hiebert, who predeceased her.
Survivors include children Willard and Rachel Hiebert of Moorhead, Minn., and Gladys Walling of Winifred, Mont.; sister Elda Mellott of Peabody and three grandchildren.
