Arnold Robert Hiebert, 94, owner of an automotive repair shop, died Jan. 20 in Hillsboro. Services Arnold Robert Hiebert, 94, owner of an automotive repair shop, died Jan. 20 in Hillsboro. Services were held Jan. 25 at the Palm Village Senior Center. A graveside service was held at the Reedley (Calif.) Cemetery, conducted by Peters Funeral Home of Shafter, Calif. He was born March 14, 1905, near Corn, Okla., to David K. and Katherine Warkentine Hiebert. On Aug. 21, 1927, he was married to Elizabeth Siemens, who predeceased him. Survivors include a son, Robert and wife Juanita of Shafter; a daughter, Marilyn and husband Karl Jost of Hillsboro; a daughter-in-law, Laverne Hiebert of Shafter; a sister, Hulda Nogy of Santa Ana, Calif.; 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
