Brandt, 75, retired quality control supervisor for AMPI, died Feb. 7 in Wichita. Services were held Feb. 10 at West Side Church of the Nazarene, Wichita. Burial was held Feb. 11 at the Brethren in Christ Church Cemetery, Thomas, Okla. He was born Oct. 22, 1924 to Jesse and Myrtle Brandt in Detroit. On Oct. 5, 1944, he was married to Nina Frymire, who survives him. Survivors include two sons, Larry K. of Lowell, Ark., and H. Richard of Clearwater; two daughters, Lois E. Stern of Stillwater, Okla., and Carol J. Cox of Wichita; two brothers, Vernon of Abilene and Harold of Salina; two sisters, Ethel Bigham of Harrisburg, Pa., and Erma Switzer of Thomas, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A memorial fund has been established for West Side Church of the Nazarene.
