Dean and Amy Suderman of Hillsboro announce the birth of son, Derek Alan, born Jan. 10 at Newton Medical Center.

He weighed 9 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.

He joins sister Alana, 2.

Grandparents are Orval and Rosella Suderman of Hillsboro and Alan and Jan Eitzen of Newton.

Kellen Waner

Ty and Charlotte Waner of Marion announce the birth of a son, Kellen Eugene, born Dec. 28 at Newton Medical Center.

He weighed 8 pounds, 9 1/2 ounces and was 19 inches long.

He joins siblings Chisholm, 3 1/2, and Mckinnon, 1 1/2.

Grandparents are Wayne and Sandra Thies of Russell and Judy Waner of Marion.

Great-grandfather is John Waner of Marion.

Keziah, Levi Grimmett

Justin and Rachelle Grimmett of Lindsborg announce the birth of twins, Keziah Marie and Levi Phillip, born Dec. 21 at Memorial Hospital in McPherson.

Keziah weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long. Levi weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long.

They join brother Ethan Kelly, 2 1/2.

Grandparents are Rick and LeiLani Porter of Lindsborg and Mary Jane Grimmett and George Jr. and Ginny Grimmett of Florence.

Great-grandparents are Ben Porter of Gypsum, John and Connie Jantz of Niagua, Mo., and Wilma Jean Everett of Florence.
