Haris Zafar, physician, will visit the Hillsboro Senior Center at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, for those who need a hearing aid check or assistance. Patients will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis.Brenda McGinness of Brenda's Bloomers and Gifts will give a "flowery" speech at the monthly carry-in meal Wednesday.
The Hiebert Dulcimers of Abilene will offer a Thanksgiving program at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at the center. Call or visit the center to reserve tickets, $4 for individuals under 60 and $2.75 for individuals 60 and over.
Those who would like to begin receiving the monthly newsletter can call 947-2301 or stop by the center.
