WEDDINGS- Weimer, Svitak wed Sept. 16

Leann Marie Weimer and Damien Edward Svitak were married Sept. 16 at Sandals Montego Resort of Jamaica with Desmond Brackett officiating.

In attendance at the wedding were the bride's parents, Charles and Janet Weimer of Churchton, Md., and the groom's parents, Randy and Kathy Svitak of Pilsen.

Escorted by her father, the bride was attended by her mother as matron of honor.

The bride is a graduate of Southern High School in Maryland. She is the inventor of the K9 Keeper and the owner of Leann's Petsitting Service.

The groom is a graduate of Centre High School and is pursuing a degree in landscaping from Kansas State University. He is employed by Apex Group in Odenton, Md.

Following a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple resides in Arnold, Md.
