Hillsboro Postmaster Norman Bouie III watches as Kathy Woelk, sales and service assistant at the local post office, awards Vance Klassen his prize last week for winning a coloring contest promoting "Stamp Collecting Month" in the United States. Each second-grader was invited to color an outlined version of one of the 40 scenic commemorative stamps designed by the U.S. Postal Service. Vance's efforts were rewarded with a book that includes fun facts about stamp collecting and a set of the 40 commemorative stamps.
